It does not announce. It files. It does not promote — it registers.
The name refers to a signal trace. The spectral is infrastructural: the scanline left by a camera, the hum of a terminal left on, the way a voice sounds when filed instead of broadcast.
Flat catalog numbering across the label. Do not number by project.
